I have never gone online to criticise someone before, professional or otherwise, but today is different. Ignoring the controversy over BT taking over the UK MotoGP televising for a moment, I cannot wait to see the back of Cox and Parrish as MotoGP commentators. We have had to endure their awful brand of presenting for too many years, but today's Motegi show was the final straw. As usual the paid commentators were laps behind the viewer with what was actually happening. Cox felt it was OK to cough into the microphone not once, not twice but more than a dozen times throughout the show. Cox - professional commentators DO NOT cough on air. Parrish managed to reveal that Scott Redding had had a poor result before the race was shown - all for the sake of one of his crap one liners. Bloody amateur. All the suspense and most of the entertainment lost from that race then. Bubble cars, armpits, foxes, hands and heels - it wasn't entertaining or funny the first time. The 100th time is enough to make you scream. Goodbye. You've ruined your last season's racing. Don't come back. Ever. I've posted these comments on this forum (and elsewhere) because I want to feel that they may be noticed and taken into consideration by the people that choose future commentator teams. There - rant over. They'll be gone soon and it will all be OK.
