Hi everyone,

Have just joined this forum after coming across it whilst booking some tickets and accommodation to a couple rounds of this years championship.

Looks like it is going to be another good years racing and looking forward to each race.

I'm sure i will enjoy being here from what i have read on the forum so far.

As for who i'd like to win his years championship. Would really like to see Casey win, but i think Valentino will add another year to his championship haul. Casey hopefully will win a few more races and become the complete package which Vale is now.

I hope Valentino will indeed win the title. I don't think it's gonna be easy, but hopefully, in the end, he will clinch the title..
About Casey: I'm sure he will win a few more races this season. The Ducati looks strong and Casey is obviously a good rider..

Anyway Ian, do you like to watch other sports as well?? Or is it just Moto GP??
 
Yeah i watch F1 and superbikes too but we don't get much TV coverage where i am for either of these two, especially Superbikes, which is suprising considering the Aussies that are at the pointy end of the field.

Do you watch any other sports?

I presume when you say you like Football, you mean soccer.

We have what we call Aussie Rules Football here which is a bit different to soccer. have you heard of it?

sorry mate, now you lost me, they don't show it over here.

About Webber..dunno what to really expect, I always thought he was a good driver, but it really depends on his car. I don't think RBR will be that good this season, so it will be hard for Mark. I think he will beat DC though..

our coverage of the World Supers is pretty good on foxtel but apparently channel 10 and free to air tv couldn't make enough in advertising costs for it to be worth them screening it at all.
pretty sad really.

Unfortunately don't have Foxtel so have to make do with free to air TV coverage. ... bugger.

richo and yourself can ..... about free to air coverage...

im not sure if im heading to P.I. a few issues floating around, its still possible i guess but im at the rest of the aus. supers rounds except barbagello.... guess i missed out on winton this w/e.

Really looking forward to getting over to P.I. to watch the racing rather than on the T.V. this year and thought i'd combine it with going to the Sepang round the week after too.
