Faces of 2007

Hello Folks!
I've just walked in the room, don't know anyone, and wonder what the atmosphere is like in here? Are we pro or anti Valentino? Is Nicky Hayden a true world champ? Is Laguna Seca better than Donington? You bet!!!!!!
Personally, I'm really chuffed to see Nicky Hayden lift the title, in what can only be described as the most nail biting and dramatic season.

Two images stick in my mind............Nicky banging the gravel in tears of desperation.........and then the tears of joy! He must still be shaking his head in disbelief!

HEEEEEEEY! I'm a hayden-fan, and I'm not jumkie NH is the true champion of the 2006 season

for the part of laguna being better then donni, I don't know. they both have great things (that corckscrew thing) and things that suck (the weather for example pedro can't ride in the rain)

o and david blurk, I always wonder if being 'chuffed' is a positive thing???

hell of a season was'nt it!!! i hope 07 is just as brilliant! by the way i'm a nicky fan also.

Hi Dav, welcome to the forum. I hope you are proficient with your typing cuz Hayden fans are few and far between.

1.To answer your questions: 99% pro Rossi. (but the Hayden fans are much more eloquent and intelligent)
2.Yes, of course.
3.I love Laguna, never been to Donington (but have been to the UK once and had a glorious time).
4. Yes, absolutely a Hollywood ending.



I think you will have a great time here. I was just kidding about number 1. answer..........................its more like 99.9%

Perhaps this is what we needed to bring in new boots to the sport we love.

Anyway, I could go my whole life and not need to see that pic of Loris being taken out. It hurts every time I see it. I just finished seeing the 06 review and I gotta say, had it not been for that crash I dare say Loris would have likely won the championship. He really was on fire every race he was healthy. I think he (not Rossi or Pestdrosa) was the man to beat this season. I'm afraid Ducati won't field such a strong bike in 07. I hope I'm wrong.

One part i don't agree is the 2007 bike...or at least i hope and i want to belive that you're soo wrong...

did anyone's '06 review dvd come out scrambled when they play it on their dvd player? or am i alone on this one. i was pretty upset when i tried to play it. i ordered it 3-4 weeks ago from the Uk and i live in the US. i know its the dvd b/c all my other dvds work on my player.

it may be because of the format. in the uk we have PAL if your in the us you have NSTC. get a multi region dvd player. although you may be able to play it on your pc.
