Went cycling yesterday morning and threw up, had back pain all day and i'm now in hospital with Kidney problems!

Immediately reading, 'ex rider who shall not be mentioned in hospital - Kidney issues cue the jokes' I admit to jumping to conclusions here over a likely ex rider encountering possible renal failure. Turns out it's not the antipodean ex-racer I'd envisaged. Quite the anti-climax Gaz.
