This is an extract I took from another site

"The Baja 1000 is a punishing ritual - only 40% of contestants complete the race. The pack succumbs to mechanical failure, scurvy and werewolves. But that is a walk in the park compared to the Erzberg Rodeo. This is hard to believe. It’s a VERY technical 35km course that draws 1,500 entries, but only about 30 riders complete the course. That is only 2% of the entries. I mean god damn my god damn."
