Elias not racing in Assen!

TONI ELIAS RETURNS TO BARCELONA

After the fall undergone during the free practice this morning in the Dutch circuit of Assen, the Spanish rider of the Fortuna Honda Team Toni Elías returns to Barcelona where he will be examined in the Institut Universitari Dexeus by Doctor Xavier Mir.

yeah just posted this in another thread...the redesigned Assen with all the flat corners seems to be to blame.....

They seriously need to reschedule the races after Assen by a few weeks to give people time to recover. Soon everybody will have crashed, and that won't be fun. 19 riders who have never ridden their respective bikes before would be something like setting 19 kids out on an ice skating rink for the first time barefoot.
