After watching Mr Elias making funny shapes on his Honda,it occured to me that wouldn't it be cool if they banned all the electronics on the 800's.It would be awesome to watch, maybe not as good as the old 500 strokers, but not far off.Who do you think would be the best Black Line Layer after the obvious Tony Elias??

Black lines go down better under power, so i think KRJR and Hayden do it best.

But they would probably be slower than those that best can simulate the electronics with a twist of the wrist.

I think it is only a question of rime before we see some kind of restriction on electronic influence on the throttle controll/power output. Just like we see in F1 it makes riding too "easy" and take away a very important intrument for the rider. Doohan got pissed when they banned leaded fuel, what would he say today?

Well despite the electronic systems in use, both of these riders are having trouble adapting from their rear wheel steering technique, so i can be satisfied that the electronic systems arn't the be all and end all of riding modern gp bikes.
