I must say I am seriously excited about the GP15. Ducati have been so important to MotoGP over the past decade. From Stoner coming out and spanking the field as a virtual rookie and 3rd choice pick in 2007. To the Ducati making Rossi look like a crying little euro ..... who couldn't ride especially after claiming Stoner won because of a bike advantage. Don't forget all the other riders who it broke and destroyed their careers like Melandri, Hayden and Crutchlow to name just a few. Then Dovi showing everyone he is not a typical Euro Powder Puff by manning up and persisting and posting some reasonable results. We should also remember that it was Ducati who worked with Bridgestone to create the dominant tyre which sent Michelin packing after being the only choice for how long, ending in Bridgestone becoming the control tyre. So you could almost draw a connection between Ducati and Lorenzo being launched into space a few times several years back as well as Rossi's badly broken leg after a career of few injuries. It was also Ducati who brought us the Laguna Corkscrew incident and the delectable slide at 260km through turn 3 at Phillip Island at the hands of Stoner.

There is no doubting the contribution, both good and bad, that Ducati have made to MotoGP.

I hold high hopes that this GP15 will write a new and great chapter in the Ducati MotoGP history.

they need more consistency... the gp15 is going to be hit or miss, which might explain why ducati developed a new electronics package and nose for the gp14.3..

What I want to believe - is that they can't get it wrong but so many times. Sure looks purty enough. I really want to see Dovi do well too.

I like this. No sure I should but I do...Always been a bit of a Ducati guy. I have one in the garage but I've been disappointed with them so consistently that I no longer have much faith. We'll see. I think these two riders are the right choice going forward.

Finally emett make a good analyse. It'd been so many months or years to read something good from this piece of .....

New and smaller engine and finally they transferred it way back from previous one.
Different route for exhaust . I dont know why they choose carbon swingarm but we will see that in the future.
A lot smaller fairing from frame and above or 2/3 and back. Smaller and more compact .
Nice and clever cut of fairings from from left (from riders view) for heat.
And to all this things, we have a lot shorter bike (maybe the shorter bike in the grid from now) and a lot shorter wheelbase!!!
Thats is gigi's bike for sure!
