Question is what tire did the others use? White stripe or not?
Rossi said he had trouble with th grip with the hard tire but that they improved some during Q.
But if the others used the same hard tire in the start of the session, then he sure is in trouble.

Looks like VR/JB have cards close to chest on Race pace as usual.....keep the rest from working too hard overnight to find something.....don't know if this is still working on them though!

It will go down to the Wire...

- Stoner needs the 3 week summer break to get fully fit and healthy, which will allow him to come back to fighting for the wins. If he had a possible race wining teammate that could help him claw some points back it would also greatly improve his title hopes, but alas not....however, another non-teammate will help him...

- Lorenzo is only 14 points off Rossi, so gaining that back is not beyond impossible or beyond the realms of possibility. Jorge will use the 3 weeks off to gain that little extra mental strength and focus to beat Rossi in the run up to the final Show down in Valencia... And if he has signed for Honda even then Yamaha won't screw him over with bad parts since it could affect his chances of helping Valentino take points more points against Stoner

- Pedrosa is the title spoiler / Kingmaker....he is starting to come back to fighting form and will take points off the top 3, and help them in directly....Stoner should be some what greatful for this 'teammate'....

So again it will come down to Valencia....

Lorenzo is consistently quick in hard tire but Rossi is struggling. Rossi's hard tyre pace is about 1s slower a very big gap. Hard tyre is likely to be used in race day.

Well, to me it looks like super soft with big groves in are the tire choise of the day.

I hope you're right.
