All hail the 250cc champion Dani Pedrosa !!!

That's 3 world championships at 20 y old !

the local press all said casey would win it by a mile or bin it under pressure,, they seem to know him well id say..

Lately Stoner looked very strong mentally, not making mistakes, I guess he felt obliged to win being at home and on pole, he rode with his heart instead of his head.

Unlucky for poor Casey. Congratulations to Pedrosa on another world championship and good luck with Repsol Honda in 2006.

Come on Yamaha, sign Stoner...

Yeah I'm looking forward to his MotoGP debut, at last Rossi will have someone to fight at his own level.

It's hard to say whether or not he will be instantly competitive, here's hoping so.

Well it took Rossi a few races to get decent results in his 500cc debut, so I don't expect Dani to go and win the first race.

But hey I didn't expect it either in his 250cc debut and he did it.

Not expecting too much out of Dani in 06,07 could be good rivalry IF Vale is still in MGP...here`s hoping.

Yeah I'm the same drill not expecting to much from him in 06 07 08 09 10, I just think he is to small.

Actually commentstors said something very interesting a while back, that one of the reasons for Melandri's slump in form is he has been having trouble betting rear grip getting the power down because of his small size. Ok they solved some of those problems, but it just goes to show been a weed your at a basic disadvantage to start with and is going give you some limitations in bike setup, I think he's going to be a nevergonnabe.

From that situation he will never challenge Vale

No doubt about his talent,Teo,but I think his learning curve on the MGP bike will pretty much reflect that of Elias this season.I think Verm`s season will be the one to watch-if he sign`s for `06.

I believe he will have better results than Elias in 2005 and Melandri in 2003. Both riders were on satellite Yamahas for their rookie seasons and Elias is touted as being an up and comer and Melandri is a regular challenger to Rossi. They both had mediocre rookie seasons. Pedrosa will be on arguably the best bike and team package on the grid next season, I expect no less than a top 10 in points. Hayden took 5th as a rookie and he had never been to many of the tracks. That may be some pressure on Dani that hasn't been thought of yet.

I still go with the weight issue,he needs to go on a Caparossi `bulk up` diet, but saying that some riders are just very good at putting the weight (what they have of it)in the right place. If he cracks it then fair play to the guy for the effort.

I dont normally watch the 250's..................but how close was that win!!! Slipstreaming to the max
<

As for Dani, well..........Honda have made the bike smaller for him plus the 800's are gonna be smaller, so surley this would work to his advantage?

2006 is sure gonna be an interesting one!

The 125 race was pretty good to if you ignored Luthi, Looked like 6 wide into Doohan curve there at one stage. and Talmasci doing Kallio on the final lap again

They Talmasci had a 250 ride with KTM until his previous pass the other week but its been cancelled after that

Hmmm, surprised at Kalio, the Icelanders are normally a cool, level headed bunch.

I think Dani will end up in the top 5 for points next season. He will do better than expected. He has the track knowledge and he has (i think) done testing on the RCV in the past.

The '07 season is going to be amazing. With Melandri getting even stronger, Hayden improving further, Pedrosa will be fighting for the lead at every race.

...and with Hopper getting a decent bike 800cc bike we will see good fighting indeed. (One can always wish can't they??)

Stoner signed with LCR for another shot at the 250cc title so there go the hopes for him next year.

I got a few juiciy rumors clarified and I will be posting the updated rosters in a little bit under Silly Season.....

Stay tuned more to come............

Well at least then 250cc will be great next season. Stoner vs Lorenzo ??

With Dovi, Aoyama, De Angelis, Porto and Barberá as dark horses
