Dedicato a means 'dedicated to' in Italian, so it's a play on words as in dedicated to kato. The auction is on Italian ebay ending mostly in 7 days' time.
All the money raised is normally donated to charity in the memory of Kato (apparently this auction has been held before) but this year there is agreement that the money will be used to set up a study fund for Daijiro's children.
