And as to rebooting, since I bought this one on the 3rd of January, it has had these - the multiples on the same day are usually because of things like hardware upgrades, OS upgrades, etc. or because I was working and not paying attention to the battery life and it shut down on me.

Not an Apple fanboy. I have Android phones and NT file servers, but I do like to use the best tool for the job, and when it comes to laptops, Apple is the best in the business.
