Um... The number 47 bike is a Red Bull WCM Yamaha. 500cc era.

47 is a Red Bull 998, makes me think BSB.

The red bike on the right is a Virgin Yamaha, the lid design makes me think Hislop, again BSB.

The rider near the Red Bull duke is a Castrol Honda rider.

This is BSB. And according to a source, it is Hislop breaking his neck at brands hatch.

That is steve hislop breaking his neck, the riders down are colin edwards and nori haga. The red bull ducati is John Reynolds. This is world superbike at brands hatch in the year 2000, paddock hill bend.
