Well ladies and gentlemen here I am two wheel enthusiast and rider since I was 7 (I'm 24 now). I grew up racing and riding all sorts of motorcycles including atc's. Currently I have a 2008 HD XL1200N undergoing a full transformation into a cafe racer with a mono shock rear, inverted forks and a host of speed goodies. Currently I'm Active Duty with the U.S. Army deployed to Afghanistan there are tons of little 125 4 stroke bikes running around here I'm jealous of these guys getting to ride whenever they want.

Thanks I love the look too but, there is more performance to be desired out of this engine. Even the XR1200 is lacking in the power department. These engine although heavy can be built to produce well over 120hp reliably. I'm going for more of a modern cafe with this bike with a little bit of an angle for the subframe to put more weight on the front end and better weight transfer through the corners. It's being built by Carl Bjorklund of Super Rat Performance the bike on the table in the background is the cover bike for the July '11 issue of Hot Bike magazine. This is the state of the bike the last time I saw it the fuel tank was made from an old Sportster peanut tank that has been split both lengthwise and width with the indents added into the sides. The mono shock came off of an '07 GSXR750 with only 1100 miles on the odometer; The inverted forks and wheels came from a low mileage CBR929RR. The fork tubes will be lengthened a couple inches to give the bike the correct height along with new springs from racetech to match the added weight compared to the 929RR.
