So question is, anyone knows What The extra "thingy" right behind The front fork is? The extra (wire/Cable/something) is? Looks like a steering dampener exept it isnt. Pls been google My self crazy... sorry for bad eng, Hope you got what i ment. Look at picture

yes ^ is correct. us budgeted track guys use a zip tie to measure the fork travel under breaking. if you are are bottoming out your suspension you make the adjustment for stiffer.
 
I have a "2d" fork travel sensor for the DDC (Dynamic Damping Control) on my BMW S1000RR. It looks just like that.

Like all the others have said, its an analogue transducer, it gives an analogue signal into the IMU (computer) to measure rise and fall rates in the fork. Its one of many sensors on the bikes used to map its anti wheelie, anti jerk, launch, torque control etc.
