I'm gonna call CADY and ask them if the'll sponsor me in the V8 Supers...is that only in Kangarooland ?...regardless, NO-body makes V8s engines better that Americans
<

The special vehicle offshoot of GM in australia is producing a version of the car sold as a Pontiac G8 in the USA and as a Vauxhall VXR in the UK with a 427/7.0 litre 370KW normally aspirated chev engine. I agree, there is nothing like an american V8, although I don't have a strong prejudice against ferrari V8s.

A nice Windsor (yes, Canada, but still a Ford) small block V8 is brilliant.

Or the 450's in the 1960 ear Corvettes.

The 351 Cleveland was better than the 351 Windsor.

The best sounding tuned V8 I have ever heard was 502 stuffed into a 1967 Camero. Just at idle, it made you feel like your hart was inside your lungs and your knees wanted to buckle.

I like american v8's till they have to bolt on the turbo or super charger. BMW's new V8 in the M3 is a real teck marvel.
