The North!
BSB boys are on the track tomorrow at Donington,

Got a spare day so going to have a wander down.

Free entry for all.

Will post some pics when I get back ;)

Any one else going give me a shout , but will be on the road early.

wrap up warm, it'll be colder than Shiverstone. Can't wait for May as I make my PS debut on the new wheels, it's at the dealers now waiting to be built

Cool Man.

Cliche is making a guest appearance this year.

Are you doing the weekend?

Cliche will be at Donny too?

I don't think I will be able to do the weekend, purse strings are really tight at the mo. compo is going all on the bike and insurance until it runs out. I've just had a thought, why should I have a low excess on my policy, I am my own mechanic ffs!?

Will all the teams be there. Make sure u go over to say hi to PJ Jacobsen, American kid. Give him some love.

Yeah Man!

If you want to do an overnighter let me know.

We don't do the donny campsite,

Better really near by and at a reasonable rate ;)

Cool, will see closer to date. Donny campsite is crap, planes coming in and out all night and close to runway. Great place for doing flyaway races if you're not British

Pyjamas is riding the full blown Gixer this year for the Tyco team, alongside bad boy Brookes. This is the official test so I expect all classes should be out. Did you hear about Shakey and his test in Spain, didn't take the spec ECU and people crying about it? As far as I could see, it wasn't an official test because it was on the continent

No worries ;)

Go to gp pic's and pic a number ;)

If I can trawl the paddock like a whore I will.

Need new contacts, you know me ;)

Edit!

In fact Zooki! That's where I need to be,

I believe my old zookgp contact is there now,

This could be interesting, cheers ;)

So Crescent have sunk all of their money into WSBK, and Tyco are the official Suzy team. Cus Tommy aint racing this year, won't be anywhere as good as 2011 season. I'm not sure if the Blade Rutter will be there because he had a a fractured tibia, he is out of plaster now though.

PJ is #99, if you're getting pics for Jumkie. Either Shakey, Alex Lowes or possibly Westy for me this year.

I take my word back on everybody out, cus some are in Daytona

Interesting that Kiyonari is back, that sojourn to Asia was kind of bizarre. Not sure if he has what it takes to win another championship though, there are others on that grid who will be tough to beat.

Well we had it all,

I got lost in Walsall twice trying to pick Lyndon up was not so good a start.

Got there about 9.30am, about 45mins later than planned and it was cold, but the sun was shining, out of the wind and in the sun it was quite a nice day.

So we headed in and over to Craners on the infield,

The stockers were just finishing.

Now I have to put my hand up here and say, I have not done one single bit of looking into who is riding what, who is with who or what frigging numbers they are riding under!

So as the first rider comes over Craners I realise this and my thoughts are. who the fcuk was that? who is in the series this year? who's running what fcuking numbers,

You get the picture, I was fcuked!

So I just shot lol, sort out who's who tomorrow.

We had an hour or so there just watching them fly down Craners chatting bout this n that and catching up on what we know/have found out. etc.

Up to the cafe for a brew n a bacon buttie,

So warmed and fed took a wander round the back of the pits whilst the stockers were on track, and a dirty cloud is starting to hover above.

As we get to the top end there is no one in one of the garages so we nip through and on to the pit wall ;)

And it starts to frigging snow! session stopped! FCUK!

Got a couple of snaps of stockers but lens size was against me for closer work, sorry.

And the team garages were closed with the fronts down,

We leave the pit's and walk back, the line for the pit walk was immense, longest I've seen for a while.

Sod that let's have a coffee. We both agreed.

Brew over went and got a spot on melbourne exit, whilst the muppets fought for a glimpse of their fave riders.

We ended up chatting to a couple of other guys who bumped in while I was talking to Lyndon about Skara Brea!

He wanted to know about the Orkney's, After 10 minutes I thought he was going to go to the car and set off there and then ha ha ha.

So we hung around on the exit of melbourne for a while and then drop to the bottom end to shoot the bikes as they come towards and lean away.

Not long later session was over and we left satisfied we had seen enough.

I dropped Lyndon back at Walsall bus station and made my way home.

Not much of a write up, but not a lot happened.

Austin next ;)

Pic's from today tomorrow, too fcuked now ;)

I saw there were a lot of Kwakas in superstock, why not fast bike. Honda and Suzy haven't updated their bikes so a bit behind speed wise.

I'm with you on not quite being up to speed on who's riding what an team colours, just waiting to get me program at Brands Indy in a few weeks. I might give the new wheels a turn to one of the other test dates, if I can get in

Austin looks amazing, turn 1 is the dogs danglies but without knowing how wide the track is I was wondering about the racing line but it seems pretty straight forward for bikes. Looking forward to your pics from there.

I didn't give the stockers any time, ulterior motives,

And had no way of knowing who did what,

Good to know Shakey n Alex fastest out there,

Great for my fantasy team, be afraid Mofo's lol

Regards Austin, after the meet up I'd be happy to be able to just hold the freeking camera's ;)
