I'm having trouble getting the broadcast schedule online and thought maybe you guys could help. I live in NY. I know SPEED does most of the broadcasts for MOTOGP, but not all of them, right? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Speed broadcasts every MotoGP round, although not live. Although, last year they did air the USGP race and qualifying live but I'm not sure if that will be the case this year. You can check out their schedule by visiting their website at www.speedtv.com.
