Quite fancy going to this one, only problem is flights from Cornwall.

Bristol to Prague would be ok , but Prague is 200KM from the circuit?

Internal flight prices looked ridiculous , any body been from UK and have any ideas? Thanks in advance

Hire car, 200km is 125 miles so not a big journey, plus you see a bit more of the country you're visiting. I also think trains are quite cheap.

Also looked at this one. Spoke to my aunt who was there a few years ago and did the Prague to Brno journey (not for motogp) and she reckons the trains are spot on. Plenty of them and cheap enough.
To me Prague and then either hire a car or hop on a train seems a lot better choice than the brno direct flight.

Especially if your airline just decides to cancel your flight at the last minute, just cause. But that would never happen would it??

Drive there, its 2 days and you get to see some great countryside.

Hi,

train from Prague will be the easy way. It will get you to Brno Main train station and then you can catch a free bus that takes you straight to the circuit. They were offering this years ago, I'm sure they still do.

Or just hire a car at the airport. Getting there is fairly easy, just follow the main highway from Prague to Brno, circuit is just next to the highway few km's before Brno. Keep on mind roads are packed on Sunday and getting to and off circuit will be bit of hassle.

You will love the circuit and atmosphere.

I went to Brno last year. Caught the train to Brno from Prague, quick and easy and I think about 30euro each way or something like that for first class? About 2 hr trip.

Stayed at the Uni, super basic rooms but unbelievably cheap, included massive bagged breakfast each day and bus to the track Sat and Sun. Only about 500m from the tram stop, so nice and easy to get into the town centre. Let me know if you want any more details :)

Word of warning - the track isn't the easiest to get around, so study what tickets to buy carefully. General Admin doesn't give you access to the whole track...

Ive been a few times, flown direct from London ( Standstead I think ) to Brno with Ryanair and also flown to Prague and travelled down.
Im going again this August, we're flying to Vienna this time and getting a train to Brno, :)
