Bridgestone Podium Hat

Hello fellow moto freaks...

I really like the looks of the motogp Bridgestone Podium hats. I cannot seem to find these elusive guys anywhere, i can find F1 podium hats but they are no where as cool

Where can i buy one?

I've looked for podium hats in the past but from what I've found you can't purchase them anywhere. My suggestion would be to contact Bridgestone about it, I asked for for some swag last summer and they sent me a podium hat and some banners. Good luck.

i managed to get a michelin hat ... but that was only through my contacts and through pure luck ...
i was told that only the guys that get on the podium get those hats ...
i presume it would be the same for bridgestone but obviusly not if they sent it to you Ooost ...

I don't think it's an official podium hat, it looks a bit different to the ones that the riders wear but it has the grains on the bill like the real one and says '1st' on the side.

So Dunlop can save money in motoGP by no bothering with the hats.

You can buy them direct from Bridgestone. http://www.bridgestoneshop.com/index.php/view_product_popup/en/pid=1736/opener/

I got a perfect Chinese-made copy last year on Ebay - but I just looked and the ones they're selling now are the ones for F1 races. The ones from Bridgestone direct are authentic but a bit pricey.

I have found 3 already 1 at my local antiques mall a Perrelli one for 4.99 and firestone for 10.99 the other I got today for my oldest son who loves them at GOODWILL for only 99 cents in mint condition and its a red Bridgestone podium hat. I must say my son was over joyed when I brought it home to him.. Go to your local thrift shops and antique malls you might stumble upon one there. Good Luck..
