I'd venture that the bike is definitely full factory, but it's definitely not the same as Repsol Hondas bikes. Probably have Bradl doing more development work then giving the first batch of new upgrades to the Repsol team

Don't forget the change to Brembo co-insided with his improvement!

And by that I am taking nothing away from him!

I believe Alvero is the test subject!

Honda have stepped up their game again,

Just like they did with Simmo.

This time through the LCR instead of Gresini.

MM is doing better than they ever could have imagined,

So why not give the most promising understudy better kit and go for taking points off old and damaged competitors?

Just what has been going through my head ;)

After Rossi tried to shame Honda over the corkscrew thing I can imagine that Bradl will get an even better kit for Indy.

99% of Holland is nothing like Amsterdam. It's very green beautiful and filled with nice people. (I've been there 4 times )

Any they have the finest weed in the world, but it's actually illegal to have more than an oz and most Dutch dont smoke it

Interesting. Pardon my ignorance but I thought smoking it possesing it and selling it by licensed vendors was totally legal. But im just going by what ive heard. There doesn't seem to be a consensus here. So whats the beef? I dont smoke it, never have event tried it once, but im not opposed to it. In fact I fully and unequivocally believe it has far better and more effective medicinal properties than lab created poison ........ chemical "medicines" with a million lethal side effects. Not to mention they're pimped by multi national corporations with politicians in their pockets. Anyway sorry, tangent, so is it or isnt it legal in Amsterdam? ...., and here i thought once u walked into the city limits u were free to puff a J in a cops face if u wanted. I guess it must be like the myth that prostitution is legal in Vegas. (Btw, its not. I know for a FACT!) Anyway so whats the ....... scoop on Amsterdam? Curve? Chime in brotha.

the misinformation in this thread is overwhelming. i hope we don't sprout as much .... about racing.

weed = illegal. it is being tolerated and there are a few rules that enable licensed shops (no new licenses which means every last coffee shop needs to be saved) to sell up to 5 g to a customer per day.

small quantities (oz isn't even a proper measuring  unit when not talking about jars...) of up to 30 g will be tolerated, thats why you see so many guys running from shop to shop with 30g packets to keep the supply steady...

large scale cultivation and buying with the intent of selling are still totally illegal. google back door problem.

of course you can smoke and don't be harassed, its just common sense that you better not smoke near or in schools or something like that. keep your smoke at least semi-private or in the shops and you're good to go

So all the .... ive ever heard about Amsterdam is a ....... lie? Then why is that ..... of a city so famous for something that actually isnt true? Its like finding out the Vatican is not really Catholic. Wtf

because nobody ever gets in trouble there and the dutch, especially in amsterdam are really smart people. i go there every year, it's by far the most liberal and nicest place in all of germany

little story to illustrate my point :

when catholicism was looked down upon and catholic priests still held services (including ringing the bell and all that) , some naggers complained about that (calvinism and ...., not to be confused with the cuntslow mania) .

so what did the mayor of amsterdam do?

he sent the police to "look for the catholic service", but never on a sunday so that they could never be bothered.

no harm no foul < dutch mentality

same thing with all other drugs actually, you have to act stupid to get in any kind of trouble....

what i don't get though is the american system. so you can legally smoke and don't fear the cops, but when the feds come you're ......? don't make any sense at all

Unfortunately, the myriad of national and local laws, regulations and policies is way more complex than that. So complex that even Dutch law enforcement and the legal system are unable to deal with it coherently. To add, there have been efforts to restrict soft drugs to non Dutch citizens, but this applies more (but not exclusively) in the regions near the border than to Amsterdam.

Rule of thumb for foreigners in Amsterdam: buy your weed at a coffeeshop, smoke it there or in the privacy of someones home and you are extremely unlikely to get into any sorts of trouble with the law.

The Hollander people dont appear so sweet when you worried about being stuffed into a trunk of a car and forced to be a ... slave. Maybe from a male perspective Amsterdam seems like a good place but its different for a woman.

Most of Europe I found to be old and decrepit. I have no desire to go back. England is grey and depressing. The people are snooty, always trying to impress with their big fancy words. I wasnt impressed with their crooked teeth thats for sure.

Their English is no English at all. Who could even understand them?bla bla bloody cheerio is all I heard. Their beer is wretched. I was dying to get home and have some real beer.

We trekked up to Scotland. What a desolate place. Im pretty sure I saw the Loch Ness sea creature thing. I took a picture but it dissapeared under water too quickly. Too bad huh? I could of been famous. Lol

France is a bigger cesspool. Everyone stinks either from bad hygiene or excessive cigarette smoking. The people are so effeminate its hard to tell whos a ... and whos straight. What all the romantic brochures dont show you is Its been overrun with africans and muslims. Yuck.

Spain is just Mexico with cigarettes. Old,hot, overcrowded and full of ugly people speaking spanish.

Italy was very pretty but too old. The people are very disunorganized and constantly high on expresso LOL. The women are very caddy and territorial. I got more bad looks from women there then anyplace ever!

Germany was a little boring. Their people are like robots. Emotionless and cold but a lot of them spoke English which was nice. I went to the

Nuwangstein castle. It looks beautifull on the outside but was dreary on the inside. The windows are too tiny. I didnt go to the Jewish camps. I thought it was creepy to keep intact buildings that supposedly killed so many. I say supposedly because have you guys read on the internet that the holocaust was fake. I read a bit about it. There is no evidence to support it. It was a great jew conspiracy to have pity on their entire race or something like that. Who knows but theres some great videos on youtube about it.

My Euro trip was fun but I was glad to be back to the USA. We are definitely the greatest nation and peoples on earth.

The problem with Europe is it should demolish all its old buildings. Their too stuck in the past. These old buildings are decrepit and falling apart and have little use anymore. I cant even tell you how many stinky, creaky and cramped places I visited and slept in.

They should be more like the US and tear old places down and build new ones.

The US has so many different rules and customs for marijuana that there are essentially no rules. In rural backwoods like Wyoming, Montana, Vermont, Maine, western Colorado, NorCal, southern Oregon, etc, people can blaze all day every day without worry. Even in federal recreation areas like national parks and wilderness areas, people get stoned out of their minds, but they don't keep any of their stash near federal buildings or law enforcement.

In upperclass suburban neighborhoods, where all of the neurotic neo-fascists live, many parents will practically have their own children arrested for walking around with bloodshot eyes. The Feds are equally as rough, and you never know when they will show up. Along the US-Mexico border, you will practically be engaged as an enemy combatant if you possess marijuana.

The situation is constantly evolving, though. The Obama administration has refused to legalize marijuana, but the Justice Deptartment is conveniently running short of funds, and they have decided they will no longer put people in federal prison for non-violent crime. Over 50% of federal prisoners are narcotics violations so releasing non-violent criminals is code for "we are legalizing marijuana at the federal level". This will make marijuana legal in CO and WA, but a future Attorney General could reverse everything that is happening now.

Dear Ms Chick,

Perhaps not the intent of your post, but you've touched on a very real and very serious issue here. Foreigners coming to the Amsterdam Red Light District should be aware that there is a pretty big chance that the girl they are sleeping with has been abducted/lured under false pretenses from some Eastern European country, forced into prostitution through violence and ...., often while underage. Underage Dutch girl also are common targets.

Kind regards,
stiefel.

I don't know how this works out in practice in the US. Here in The Netherlands, the mixture of (semi) legalized demand and illegal supply is creating big problems. You can liken it to the meth lab problems you guys have. It's often organized crime that use every kind of space they can find to grow weed for the (legal) retailers. Frequently, this includes rental housing and apartments, which are then filled with plants and growth lights. Electricity is tapped off illegally (it takes a huge amount of artificial light to grow the high THC sort of weed that is popular here), often from neighboring houses, and wiring is usually handy work. Although not as explosive as meth labs, this commonly results in house fires and water damages. And, of course, it plays into the hands of organized crime.

Legalization would probably put an end to much of this, provided legal growers are given enough room not to be priced out of competition by illegal growers. However, The Netherlands is much more conservative than most think. The christian democrats are still very influential, although they've steadily been losing ground for some time now. Moreover, there is large international pressure, our neighboring countries are none too happy with our liberal weed policies.
