BMW s 1000 rr

Looks like a Kawasaki front end with a Yamaha rear end.

Cool bike. The black still keeps you from seeing many details though.

I like it, the only problem with BMW is going to be the price tag of one of these on the showroom floor. I'd guess $60k. It will make a Ducati 1098R look more affordable.

To bad BMW can't make a very powerful flat twin

Hayden Fan, what do you mean? Flat black shows them sexy curves off nicely? Besides metallic colors, the darker the color, the better.

now i see what your saying

This looks ok, its great to see the European factories getting envolved.

ducati are from which european country?

and triumph?

i would still prefer to have aprilia and KTM in there before BMW but all of them would obviously be the best scenario.

This is good to see. It put's even more interest into WSBK. This cannot be a bad thing for motorcycle racing in general. The more the merrier and the more European factories that get involved means for a greater series in general. Now, we just need some Aussies to ride it......

Oops! Its not that i am unaware of Ducati, its just that they are a minority and additional factories beyond the big 4 japanese is positive news.

looks good, although imo all black bikes look good. good thing to have a 6th factory in the wsbk's, can't wait to see it on the track

Apparently, the engine will run with a Vanos type system that the BMW M-Cars run....they are also apparently looking to have a 675 triple with the Vanos as well....at least according to last weeks MCN...so they will be very powerful on accelaration....

I love my Duc, and I am looking to get another Duc, but I am going to have to seriously consider one these new BMW sport bikes for power and looks...

Each to their but I would definitely look at the RSV4 unless you like waisting money unnecessarily

Aprilia's V4(2009), BMW's S1000RR and KTM's RC8R should be on the grid in 2010.

RSV4 road bike...

I never liked Aprilia Superbikes....125s and 250s sure...but not supers....don't why....maybe because I am Ducati man/fan/owner

I like that Aprilia, you get to see it's hart. I still prefer the looks of the 1st gen Millie. It didn't look like anything else except a aprilia 250.
