Best track for long weekend non riding in Europe

Bit of advice pleased, both myself and surprisingly my non bike loving wife both love MotoGP, we were talking yesterday and she said can we go to a race sometime, she fancies a long weekend away in Europe to see one of the rounds.
Which one would you people recommend that is reasonable cost easy to get to including public transport to the track ?

Valencia is nice, train stops near the circuit, but it's a bit cold in November.

Barcelona is nice too, train stop nearby, June weather us nice.

Spain is cheap,

Italy rounds are nice, but not as cheap and public transportation is not as good.
