Um I think you are banging your head against a brick wall there.. Inam and Talpa are pretty simillar. Matter of fact Talpa could very well be a character created by the likes of Inam,Chocko or Johhnny etc. "Talpa" purports that he is Australian, but I have noticed that his supposed place of residence has varied a bit. He more or less mirrors the ideology of many of "those UK youth" as mentioned earlier, I just assume "Talpa" is a pseudonym.
