Yes, quite good.
The most interesting part is the speculation about a rev limit somewhere between 15,000rpm and 16,000rpm. The rev limit will have a big impact on CRT teams. If the rev limit is set at 16,000rpm and Dorna successfully ratify 24L, the factory bikes will become missiles. CRTs will struggle to occupy the same race track as factory bikes, imo. If the rev limit is 15,000rpm, the CRTs might inch closer as the electronic gap is closed with the spec-ECU.
We all though 2012 was going to be interesting b/c of the new rules, but 2013 looks like it will have twice the intrigue. If they push through 24L and 16,000rpm the sport will be repaired regardless of the spec ECU. The racing may not be particularly close, but it will be awesome to behold, and engine manufacturing will be simplified enough to allow small racing manufacturers to build prototype engines. The 24L 16,000rpm formula could only be derailed, imo, by onerous engine life rules or MSMA-control over the entrants. If Dorna ratify entrants, many new manufacturers will join.
