Hey, I looked at my racing calender yesterday and I realize that 3 rounds of the Aussie SBK championship have already been run and won! That`s almost half the series! And I got no idea what`s going on! Care to fill me in, Katt? Or anyone else back home? Picking up from Stauffer`s whitewash of the World SBK support races at PI......

ummm .... ill try mi best...
<

ur best bet is to go to mcnews.com .... trev does live transcripts from all the rounds so you can read through and see wats happened...

soo .... Jamie stauffer leads the championship on 126 points
holland 110
daniel stauffer 83
johnson 79.5 and stroud 77

Stauffer`s set for a good season then, which is what Yamaha need. Especially after last years effort when a privateer beat both the factory Yams in the championship standings. And Stauffer could have had a better year too. Amazing what happens when you get the right rider on the right bike.
Speaking of privateers, look at Holland! Like I said, last year Bugden beat the fatory R1s, but that`s Yamaha. Holland's on a HONDA. Beating JOE ROCKET HONDA! They`re the best team in the series by far! I bet Jeff over at Rapid is loving it
<

Johnson`s not doing a bad effort over in the Kawasaki camp, considering they`re so behind Honda and Suzuki. Where`s Allerton? The guy who was supposed to fill Brookes shoes. That said, the pickings werent exactly rich at the end of last year. Pity Hollands bike was so ...... for so much of last year. He could be on the Joe Rocket squad taking it to Stauffer right now.

tttt .... so much for that...

i thought Aitchinson would be up there this year but noooope...

next round is up at Qld raceway i think ... Alex Gobert is racing that round and i'll be in Moruya for the Aust. 4 day enduro ..... i'd rather be at the SBK's...
<

he's doing really well this year ... well giving it a good shot anyway
<

same with daniel stauffer ... he's surprised me

Yeah, I thought Jamie was the only one who could go fast on the R1. I wonder if he`s using the SP model yet? I remember he did the hat-trick at the PI appetiser on the "Normal" R1. Can`t remember why, I think they were still setting up the blinged up Italian exotic wannabe bike (R1 SP). Well anyway, results speak for themselves. Just like Holland. I really think he`d be on a Joe Rocket Honda with Fergusson this season if it werent for the problems his bike had last year. If I remember correctly his swingarm was still slightly offset from a crash earlier in the season and it was costing him a lot of traction. They only found out when it was too late, and he got overlooked by factory team selectors. Oh well, he`s still the best Honda rider at the moment. And he must be on the only Superbike in the world winning races on Pirellis when other tyres are allowed too.

i like fergusson ... he's a really good bloke ...
things just aren't all going his way this season ... but he is a decent rider..

you really like Holland don't you?
<

I`m a recent fan. I started reading his coulmn before the season kicked off and I though, "this guy seems alright, might keep an eye on him" Well to say he`s impressive is an understatement. Next Josh Brookes I`m thinking
<

As for Krusty, I know what you mean, he`s a top bloke. I saw him in the pits at QLD raceway but didn`t get a chance to meet him. Met Gilesy and Allerton, though. Allerton was a really nice guy, too. Or at least he was when he was Suzuki`s second man. Don`t know what he`s like nowdays. He looks pretty mean in those badass Joe Rocket red and black leathers
<

aww ... Allerton seems nice enough ... those Joe Rocket leather can make anyone look mean !
<
... they look like little satans in them

i think im gonna have to try and make it to one of the rounds this season... Eastern Creek in November is lookin good...

Hey look! We've got our very own Randy Mamola!
<

<
... lucky

i can't go to P.I. now ... the best im doing this yr is Aust. superbikes and the Aust. 4 day enduro...

but i'm at P.I. for sure for the WSBK's and MGP next year... and possibly even Donington for MGP
<

ahhhh .... what heaven it will be to be 18...
<

We can`t get accomodation at Motegi. My mate says we`re just gonna have to wing it.
<
Some first GP this is gonna be!

knock knock

"Who is it?"

"Um... Hi Casey! I'm Richo ... i've travelled all the way from Australia, you know, where you think you come from? ... And i really need a place to stay tonight ... can you help us out buddy?... i'll stop bitching about you!"

<

<
piss off. I ain`t that desperate! Actually the current plan is to pretend to be women and talk Rossi into a threesome, then tie him up and sleep in his hotel room. And steal all the booze in his bar fridge. We figure seeing he`s got the fattest paycheque, he`d have the best room. Besides, that Hayden`s a big ....... and we don`t reckon we could hold him down.
<

<
.... rossi's boyfriend Guido will tell you to go away ...
<

i'd say try pedrosa ...small... easy to tie up... and uses less rope.
<

either that or offer Westy a couple of buck for sponsorship ... im sure he'd take wjhat he could get.....
<

<
im thinking about Pedrosa, but even if the HRC yakuza ain`t guarding his room then I`m sure someone else in the HRC wing of the hotel (eg. abovementioned big ....... Hayden) will kick down the door and beat the crap outta us. Besides, even mini Pedro could probably smack us down. And I aint resorting to Crashey because LCR are pov and probably staying in a barn near the track. We`re so above that
<
Maybe Capirossi. Old, injured, he`s a good target.

<
... Hayden wants the Oompa for himself ...
capi ... would be decieving. he's a strong little man, and his wife will probably kick the .... out of you....
ahhh just go give vermuelen a knock on the door .... he's nice enough to let you in
