In its most recent report, all is explained quite clearly :



Section 2, clause i) : Overtaking moves not resulting in off-track excursions are deemed fair and courageous



clause ii) Overtaking moves in boring races that result in only minor injuries are deemed fair, courageous and exhilarating



clause iii) Overtaking moves in exceedingly boring races that result in maiming and only one permanently impaired limb are deemed to be not only fair, but exhilarating and death -defying.



clause iv) Overtaking moves in races led by Australians and Americans, and resulting in only one death are deemed to be necessary, exhilarating, orgasmic and bopperoferous ( but for obvious reasons not "death-defying"), and will be talked about endlessly as evidence of courage, inevitibility and goatedness.



clause v) Overtaking moves that may or may not fit into the above categories, will still be deemed legal, if and only if , the overtaker (not the overtakee) is Italian, is over 170cm tall and has the initials V and R.









Jumkie needs to take a good look at himself and get the facts right before he goes prattling on with his nonsense about track etiquette.
