Yes, and you also slip in the word 'technically' along with the other word you used 'desperate' it build's a picture of you disapproval. I really cant see why any 'race fan' would disapprove of that move now especially after the video and photographic evidence posted show this was a very sweet, calculated and successful pass that earned him the podium. i thought we all loved close technical racing.

What about them ? sounds like your trying to sterotype all rossi fans here on the forum because of a minority at a race

This, if true, is ......, they should have been booing Stoner!! Just Joking-really.

This kind of behaviour is really not warranted at all, like them or hate them, these guys are the best riders on the planet and must always be shown respect for at least that. Reminds me of the booing of Gentleman Jim and Skaifey at Bathurst for not driving a Holden or Ford-abysmal.

Us Aussie's certainly can be a bigoted bunch, PS has plenty of great examples of this

They booed him at Misano too. But that's understandable, since only GP fans live in Italy. Wait wait, I think they also booed Stoner in the UK. Oh crap, that doesn't make sense.

I guess that "minority" gets around, eh.

My "red glasses" don't stop me from seeing that Stoner has 23 race wins to 1 against guys on the same bike. Those riders include Hayden (a world champion), Capirossi (a world champion and multiple race winner), and Melandri (a multiple race winner). You made a moronic statement and got called on it. It's happened to all of us. Suck it up, admit you were wrong, and move on.

That's right - 23 race wins to ONE. 23, btw, is more than any other rider in the last four years. Or is my vision distorted, seeing as I'm looking through these red glasses? I don't have any problem with Rossi, who I'm guessing is your favourite rider (?), but your avatar suggests you have some kind of issue with Stoner.

Altough Stoner has expectional record but at the same time he only manage to win 1 world championship in 9 years of racing in 125,250 and motogp

I don't know which bit you having difficulty to understand in my statement, Geko said that because Stoner is winning races now on Ducati so that means Rossi have no excuses for next year in case if he doesnt' win and then i said that means Stoner have no excuses as well for not winning the (championship) on Ducati this year or are you trying to say that Stoner can make excuses but if Rossi can't win then he can't make any excuses.

Yeah well i heard a few boo's at rossi at laguna. boo boys are everywhere and are not unique to 1 rider.

14 DNF's in Motogp alone certainly explains this, win it or bin is a certainty in this case. Which in a way is quite admirable-maybe even desperate........

Come on, now you're being double-willfully obtuse. What bluff? I made a basically irrefutable statement, ie: rough passes

and contact are not the exclusive province of high-level aliens.
Of course not. I never said that, YOU however claimed it didn't belong there.

That's it in a nutshell. And secondly - it's harder to make

a clean pass than a "dirty" pass. I that were not so - why then would Rossi have resorted to the latter?

Well you could say it's harder or that you somehow need more of an advantage to pull it thtough. Doesn't matter really. That advantage weren't there at that time. Lack of skill , bad setup, good setup (Haydens), exhaustion, hypothermia.... you take your pick.

Daang! Had not heard about that. I won't comment directly. The act speaks for itself.

Inam, notabiker, and anybody else who thinks the Ducati is good, THE DUC IS ....! Its a testament to Stoner that he's even won one race on the piss poor machine.

But that doesn't mean it will stay that way. Newsflash, Ducati have circled the wagons and called in all the guns near and far. They've even abandoned their bread and butter and quit WSBK and withdrawn what little support they were giving the AMA to put all their eggs in Rossi's basket. Rest assured Burgess is taking every possible measurement to recreate a Yamaha with a Ducati sticker. The pressure is on, and there is no way Ducati will produce a bike not capable of winning with Rossi aboard it.

Claimed what didn't belong where?

It mattered to Hayden.

And dude - you can't offer up all them excuses. That's the province of us Stoner fans.

Oh, that was just me in your ear. Maybe it was that brake check tactic peeps were upset about. Americans have an eye for dirty racing.

True, but it also speaks of the brand willing to listen to the guy. My mountain bike has better suspension than that front end pig.
