Hi Guys and Girls,

I am looking for anyone who can point me in the right direction with regards to info on Assen TT 2010.

Has anyone been there, best places to watch and of course camping.

I have trolled the net and come up with two campsites which hopefully one of you may of visited.

The first is Witterzomer which some people say to avoid is they are the owners who have been trying to get the races stopped there due to noise etc and the other is Sudosa which looks like the official TT campsite for the race.

could anybody out there help me. We are about 8 - 10 of us driving from Jersey.

kind regards

Craig

hello

Ive been going to assen since uhm, 2000 every year so I know my way around. yes indeed, DO NOT GO TO WITTERZOMER. they are a bunch of idiots who complain about the motogp and the noise and are PRO a boycot of the assentrack, but at the same time open up their campsite during the tt.

every year Ive been giving people info about assen, I'll look up my posts about it since its still all the same. my dad never let me sleep at those campingsites so we always went to Diana heide in westerbork, but since 2 years Im very lucky to have family living IN assen. so Ive never stayed at those campingsites, babelfish and tom have. they might be able to tell you which of the campings are good

Post about camping + list with ALL the campings in the neighbourhood

more info about assen

if you need more help or have any questions, I'll gladly help out

Hi Marijke,

thanks for all the info. The website for the sudosa camping doesnt open until January so i will find out more then.

thanks again, in the meantime i will keep looking through the threads for more info.

When i find out where the campsite is i will post it and maybe you could let me know about night life in the city on the friday.

if i dont get back on here before xmas may i take this time to wish everyone on here a verry merry xmas and a happy new year.

regards

Craig

p.s. just found the adress of the above site its Witterweg opposite 30A in Witten (Assen)
