This half-day I have been given the diagnosis of my right ankle. I have a warm ligament sprain - Peroneal and underlying bone contusion. I run Germany, but according to doctors I have been ready to suffer a bone fracture that would have prevented me from running the next two races...Thank goodness! As regards the incident with Alvaro, apology accepted, I do not keep rancor. It was an error that surely will not attempt to repeat. As you know hot they say things that we would not say cold and yesterday I pass a little in my speech. Anyway, I will continue putting my two cents so that MotoGP is becoming increasingly safer for drivers without losing the spectacle for fans. Thanks for being there! (Translated by Bing)

Bridgestone investigating Assen issues







Bridgestone has promised to fully investigate the rear tyre issues that affected several riders in MotoGP's Dutch TT.

Yamaha's Ben Spies and Ducati riders Valentino Rossi and Hector Barbera all suffered from problems with their rear Bridgestone in the closing stages of the Assen event. Spies and Barbera managed to keep going for fourth and seventh respectively, while Rossi pitted for a replacement and finished 13th.

Spies said he had been concerned that the tyre might fail completely, particularly as he was in the middle of a tough fight with Andrea Dovizioso.

"A chunk came out of the tyre and then a second; I couldn't do anything about it," he said. "I was hoping Dovi would get past me as I was worried the tyre would explode and I didn't want to fall right in front of him."

Barbera had to back off in his dice with Nicky Hayden and Cal Crutchlow as the problem worsened.

"With five laps to go, I tried to overtake Cal, but I lost the rear grip and from that moment I started to have an issue with the back tyre, losing both my race pace and my confidence," said the Pramac rider. "I gritted my teeth until the flag to achieve seventh place."

Shinichi Yamashita, head of Bridgestone motorsport's development department, said an investigation would begin immediately.

"Unfortunately a few riders experienced a problem with their rear tyre today and we sincerely apologise to those riders affected," he said.

"We have commenced a full investigation into the matter and I will personally take the affected tyres back to Bridgestone's Technical Centre in Japan tomorrow where they will undergo detailed analysis to determine the cause of this issue."

Not sure how, seeing Lorenzo virtually didn't get a chance to race. Casey Stoner is God

If he did he would probably have a 30 point lead as we speak. Casey Stoners ears are big but his .... is bigger then everyone elses.

Sachsenring is a track Pedrosa usually excels at. Not as much as I excell at deep throating Casey. It will be interesting to see if he can get his first win for the year here. Probabaly not because Stoner is omniscent.

If he doesn't win here he may not win anywhere in 2012. Doesnt matter because Stoner is so awesome hes won anywhere. It's also a track that tends to be hard on tyres. Im hard on Stoner .We should learn a lot from next weekend. I'll learn to be a bottom for Casey

DORNA need to set specific guide lines in addressing accidents, and apply consistency to accidents, regardless of who's involved or how serious the consequences.

And I think no new engine for Yamaha. Feel sorry for Lorenzo, but again would they make the same consideration for Yonny Hernandez.
