"Are you ready boots"?...

At the beginning of the USA broadcasts on SPEED a womanly voice utters a phrase that sounds to me like, "are you ready boots." Is this indeed what is being said? And if so, what does it mean?

Yup. First time it says: "Are you ready guys?" second time it says "Are you ready boots", because I what BEN said which I researched a while back.
