MotoGP is thinking about changing the displacement-bore rules again? If Dall'Igna has been quoted properly, and his statements are in some sort of context, this could mean that Dorna/FIM want to join F1 and LMP with fuel-flow-limiting. Fuel flow limiting would eliminate the need for bore restrictions, and fuel-flow-limiting works in qualifying, unlike current fuel capacity restrictions.
