don't know how true this is .... but my dearest little blonde friend debbie called me last night and told me that she saw a news story about 2 motorbike fanatics donating a kidney each to raise money for a rider to get a bike or sponsor or something ... i asked her the name ... she said they were calling him Ant ...
possibly about Anthony West?
my dearest little blonde friend debbie, although oblivious to pretty much anything to do with motorcycles was able to tell me that it was a road racer ... ( as she has been taught by yours truly

)
but my dearest little blonde friend debbie could not recall any more details .... anyone else heard about this? perhaps for A DIFFERENT rider?

What have you got against Ant, Katt? I reckon he's a good rider who hasn't had much luck finding a good ride. He won in the wet in Assen in 2003 or 2004, can't remember, on a truly inferior bike and was thrown into a premature KTM 250 last year and still impressed when the bike wasn't trying to throw the poor boy to the ground. Similar situation to Chaz Davies I feel, although not to the same extent. Go Ant!
