I know the IoM TT is a bucketlisty thing, but a mate decided to follow some of the Irish Road Racing events. Said the atmosphere was more fun and engaged that the TT. While still being effing mental.

The TT has become more popular in recent years in my opinion, probably due to the Guy Martin film amongst other things and for a while I did want to do it but now I prefer seeing it on the TV.
Why? I went to the NW200. Luckily a friend of mine grew up in Portrush and her parents still live in the house that fronts onto the circuit. So we sat in the front garden watching bikes roar past, it was amazing.
