Anyone been to Valencia MotoGP?

Hi there,

I was wondering if anyone had been to the Valencia MotoGP before? I have just recently moved to Spain and was thinking about going.

Trouble is I'm a bit skint (as always

) and will probably only be able to afford the basic general admission/balcony ticket.

I was wondering what my viewing chances are going to be like? If it's a case of 'you'll need to bring some binoculars' then I may just stay home and watch it on the box.

Any advice/tips would be gratefully received.

Can't help you much with the details as the times I've been there it was on the grand stand, but in general the viewing at Valencia is very good. The track is the lowest point and you get a "grand stand" view almost everywhere. The trick is to find a view close to a big screen to be able to follow the whole race and I don't know where they put those these days.
But you should go. The sound and atmosphere is really something and as I said, with a big screen you get the best of both worlds. The live bikes pasing with a laoud roar and the sofa view fromt he screen.
 
Am still waiting to hear if I'm going to be 'allowed' to go by my doc. As a result I haven't bought any race tickets. I'll know today week. It's killing me. I've got the flight tickets but that's it.

i went last year and only had balcony tickets. i didnt think the view was to bad plus there was a good atmosphere there,
i no someone who has two tickets in the top
row of the green sector, £100 quid each. let me no if you want me to put you in touch with him.
