AMA SBK Gatorade bottle...

Aaron Yates' image has found its way onto labels of Gatorade bottles.

Yates has also appeared in gatorade TV ads twice...sort of. One appearance was an action shot of him riding through the international horseshoe at Daytona. The other appearance briefly shows the Gatorade bottle label with him on it.

I've always hoped Nike would start making leathers in the United States. Maybe Jordan can pull a few strings?

I agree with you Shupe. Sportbiking is way to underground in the US and it has a certain taboo surrounding it. Michael Jordan is the best thing the AMA has going for it, even if he does whine about parts. He is a media mogul and he has extremely good business connections. I hope he can bring some other high profile motorcyclists into the sport and start generating a bit of buzz. The buzz is what gets racing out of the chatrooms and torrents and onto the TV.

A few races back, that numbskull Greg White brought out one of these bottles to the pre race grid interviews and had Yates sign it for him.
