Are the "Aliens" currently undergoing a change
Could Ben Spies be replacing Dani as the 4th Alien??
Or will there be 5 or even 6 "Aliens" this year with Nicky and Dani sorting it out in time.
Personally i reckon Dani is done ( bar the odd blinding weekend) a-la Luca Cadalora(remember him auld boys
) and will spend maybe 1 or 2 more years as 4th ,5th sort of finisherin the title.
As Wayne Rainey said about Toni Elias (after he had his post race rant about jobs after a rare moment of brilliance) "the secret is to do it every weekend"
Given Spies' past 3-4 years of record, i reckon he looks more likely to bang in a steady builder of a year before cementing himself as a genuine threat for the title.
I am also going to stick my neck on the block here.......and cite George Lawrence (chuupa boy) as being a similar case of the latin 250 man who doesn't quite do it on the big bikes........and if electronics are reduced,introduction of 1000's.then i don't think he will cut it.
