World Superbike back in action at Most. Yamaha have elected to use their concession points to increase their rev ceiling 250rpm. The motorcycling press doesn't seem to be picking this story up, but it's on the official WSBK website.

Maybe Yamaha will be extra sharp this weekend.

Ended up not going but there were two entertaining races this weekend.
Idk if Toprak could've held off Bautista for the win but what a battle that was today. It's just a joy to watch Toprak ride a motorcycle. I'm no longer mad he isn't going to MotoGP at all. With all the devices and aero he wouldn't be able to outbreak people like he's been doing for years in WSBK. Hopefully BMW will have a halfway competitive bike next year.
Relieved Johnny finally got his first win of the season.

Superpole race was great. Toprak, Rea and Bassani put on a solid show.

Race 2 was tragic. Couldn't wait to see Toprak and Bautista battle at a track that slightly favors the Yamaha, but Yamaha mounted a tire wrong or Pirelli have them a bum tire, and Toprak hit the deck with a deflated rear tire. Sad to see. Petrucci had a great finish in 2nd place, and he demoted Rea to help Alvaro extend his lead even more. His stock with Ducati is definitely rising.

Overall Most was good entertainment, but ultimately crushing for the championship. Toprak's retirement was a 30 point swing in favor of Bautista, and it's too late in the season to be spotting him those kinds of windfall gains. Anyway, Alvaro has one hand on the trophy. We'll have to see what the final round holds. When Ducati homologated the 2023 bike, Jerez was not on the calendar. They could suffer, if Jerez is indeed announced as the final round. Of course, Aragon is still on the calendar, which will probably be a Ducati 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 so it may not matter when they arrive in Jerez.

Wasn't that far from where you live, you must of been tempted to go

I was thinking that Raz had gone for "win it or bin it", so I was wrong on that

I never thought Toprak would have a shot at the championship. I was sure after the third round that Bautista was gonna win the championship unless he misses some races.
Aragon is a track where I also expect the Ducatis to be dominant, it's gonna be painful to watch everyone else get eaten alive on that long straightaway.
Petrucci is a force to be reckoned with in the coming years. I find it hard to believe that he was only 21 when he made his debut in MotoGP but he still has at least five more good years in him im WSBK. I could see him be a title contender in 2025.

Yep, I asked one of my friends but he didn't have time and I didn't wanna go alone.

They did not show that on the TV broadcast. Holy ****, that's not supposed to happen.

I forgot the most important thing about last weekend.
A big Atta Boy to Lennox Lehmann for his maiden win in SSP 300. If any German rider makes it to the world championship in the coming years it's gonna be him. From my state as well.
