The fins who haven't hosted a race since Imatra was removed from the schedule after the final race there in 1982 - don't appear to be able to complete the track on time.

I think a lot of the problems they have relate to the short building season, the summer there lasts about 6 weeks and the grounds frozen for 6-7 months.
Maybe they should have an ice bike round, MM would love that.
