What happened with Nakagami/Rossi? Rossi was behind and suddenly they both were out. I'm curious.

Anyone else think it looked like Petrucci had more pace than Dovi but was playing wingman?

Good race in the end. Good win from Viñales, excellent race from Quatararo. I honestly thought that headshaking was going to cause a crash because of how much speed he was losing.
Rossi a 3rd DNF in a row. Hard to tell exactly what happened but it looked like he was the one responsible given he was on the inside and his apology to Taka.

Quatararo had portable wobble planted on his bike, this is a patent of Yamaha, didn't you know? They can put it on any Yamaha bike they want. :p

So Rossi 3rd in a row DNF, plus 2nd time he's taken out another rider, maybe its time to hang those boots up before he becomes another rider who specializes in the take out.

Vinales was fantastic, but a bit haphazard at times, felt sorry for Rins, he won't make that mistake again.

Great ride from Fabio again, is this another alien in the making?

Don't understand what Dovi was attempting to do, it didn't work anyway and in the garage he looked like he was looking for someone to blame. He'll never be world champion in this group.

1st time he took someone out this season.

After that ride - methinks Fabio would be just as fearless on the Honda or the Ducati. Clearly unlike Lorenzo - he doesn't need everything to be perfect.

One of the best articles I have ever read about Doubtouso:

https://www.gpone.com/it/blog/paolo-scalera/2019/06/30/la-ducati-che-si-accontenta-non-gode.html

harsh words...

I suppose he isn't so bothered when he lets a non-teammate pass without a fight ala 2015 Valencia? Somehow Dovi has went from revered underdog to prema donna? I like the guy, and will agree that he isn't as outright fast as some of the others, but hes typically in the mix weekend after weekend. I'm sure he was upset about the ride this weekend. He looked slow and off the pace all weekend. I'm sure the Audi/Ducati suits were more than understanding. If the guys temperament has changed I would understand why. They have thrown a lot of weight behind him to succeed and he hasn't. Its unlikely because he racing against an otherworldly talent. Even Petrux said the thing is a pig, can't turn, and they miss the apex. I will agree, Petrux looks like he could have eaten up Dovi, but that's the name of the game. Ducati wants a championship and Dovi is more likely to get them there, won't, but more likely.

Dovi only seems to bring it when it’s too late or doesn’t count. Harsh but seems to be mostly true.
Vinales did a great job, he had the pace and knew it, made it stick in the end.
Fabio was awesome, can’t wait until the arm pump aftermath recedes.
Too bad for Rins but he’ll learn from it.
That looked like a really high speed off for Rossi and Nakagami, hope he’s ok.
