well I know arvo is afternoon in NZ. I know howdy is hello in Texas. I know canadians say sorry whatever they do (witnessed it myself)....I know that scots say get tae but never quite got what it means.

Then I know the basic ones: brits say garbage, mobile phone, secondary school VS americans trash, cell phone, high school.

But I don't remember who says mom and who says mum, sorry mate
