Not trying to degrade anyone, they both have great numbers. But like Pedrosa says in a Q&A recent interview to Spanish press: “his objective wasn’t the title in ’06, they were small things that he prefers not to mention”, then I guess it was to crack Rossi’s numbers!
On the other hand he mentions that “the bike is not as small as it looks like, it’s just the tail”; well I guess he hasn’t looked at Hayden riding it! He is stating the same as Puig, “This year it is less of a disadvantage”, maybe so, but please look at Hayden and Checa, barely fit so don’t come out with ‘Not as small’ crap. Because he also mentions “now that the bike is in harmony with his physical the balance is more positive”, so is it an advantage over bigger riders that don’t fit as much, as it was a disadvantage last year for him to be smaller than the bike in his own words.
