It will be harder than the last year for Rossi. Elias and Pedrosa will have about the same points, 10/15 less than Rossi.

BTW .... was looking around and it looks like you're the current post count leader ........... thanks for the welcome ............ we'll be see alot of each other I think. The guys over at my ZRXOA stompin grounds aren't into my Moto GP posts.

Pedrosa is obviously looking good now, but if it rains in a few races he is screwed.
 
Pedrosa is likely to be Rossi's number 1 contender (although I shouldn't say that cus Hayden is world champ) but I think he's going to win quite a few races this year. Good luck to the lad, Rossi will always come first though.

4. Melandri, hopefully he can be more consistant this year

1. Rossi isn't f-ing around this year (to put it mildly). I think he's already in Pedrosa's head.

2. Nicky will still be good and on the podium frequently. But he won't have the luck he had last year (or, let me rephrase that, Rossi won't have the bad luck he had last year!)

3. John Hopkins and Chris Vermuelen will both be on the podium at least once this year.

4. Stoner will crash.

5. Ilmor's highest finish will be 11th place.

6. Indy will be named as the only USA GP for 2008.

7. James Toseland will have a wild card ride in MotoGP sometime this year for Honda. And maybe ride for Team KR next year!

8. The Pramac D'Antin team will have a great season (well, at least compared to last year).

9. Max Biaggi will finish in second place in SBK. (Sorry, couldn't resist!)

10. And here's the top five MotoGP riders for 2007:

(1. Rossi
2. Pedrosa
3. Hayden
4. Melandri
5. Stoner)

Most riders will crash at some point, thats a pretty easy guess. The chane of stoner having a season with no crashes is very very low.
