Road rage in California

VIDEO: Motorcyclist kicks car, triggers chain-reaction crash on 14 Freeway in Santa Clarita | abc7.com

This is kinda what we deal with everyday commuting here.
Even though it is legal to split lanes in CA and we can ride on HOV lanes, obviously, some drivers just don't like us doing so and swerve around to block us. Few years ago in San Diego, a psycho bitch chased a navy on a bike, made him crash, and ran over him. She got ONLY 6 yrs for killing him.
I know idiots are everywhere no matter what, but jeez. Something must be in the water here in CA.

I saw some people posting about the video that the car crossed the double yellow line first into HOV lane in full length video. But I haven't seen that yet. But I'm certain that the car did something stupid like that.

I Ride: 1972 BMW R75/5
I've been on that stretch of 14 many times on bikes, cars and pickup trucks carrying race bikes to Willow Springs. It is super busy with a lot of merging and confusion. Add to that hot weather etc. it's always bad.

It looks to me like the car is definitely crossing the double yellow to the left and though I completely understand the rider wanting to react that way, he is lucky he made it through all that.

Tempting to say the car got what they deserved but the second car (that could have also been you or me on a motorcycle) certainly didn't.

Once when splitting lanes on a SoCal freeway a car kept swerving over towards me and I was tempted to kick his door in too. Thought about it long enough to refrain from doing so however.

I Ride: A bicycle.
I'd like to know what led up to that bike rider kicking out.
Over here its never as bad as that, but there's an easier way to get at car drivers, the old boot on the rear bumper trick.

Yeah its rife here as well, mostly Hardly ableto's, combine harvester and tractor, me I like anything on 2 wheels, but Harleys need a lot of cleaning, which is why I mostly had plastic clad machines, can't see it, ignore it hahaha.
I borrowed my brother in laws Harley in 2001, forget the model, but I had to buy him new pipes as I ground them out.
