Mladin broke the lap record today to take pole with a 1.37.0, Suzuki teammate Ben Spies was second with a 1.37.5 and Ben Bostrom was third with a 1.38.0. After those three it went Miguel Duhamel and Jake Zemke on the factory Hondas, Neil Hodgson in sixth Roger Lee and Tommy Hayden in 7th and 8th and Aaron Yates rounded out the factory riders in 9th. It's going to be very tough for anyone to beat Mladin.

Do you think Hodgson would have more sucess if he went back to BSB? Do Ducati do well there?
In Aus SBK Ducati suck, It's cuz our rules make the bikes pretty stock so that the sports cheaper and therefore more accessable. They have a pro twins class for Ducs and aprillias cuz nearly stock twins can't keep up with Jap fours.
