<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (V5Stroker @ May 6 2009, 09:47 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}><div class='quotemain'>It's not the problem with the riders, it's the Duke. Maybe if Rossi or Pedrobot can win as many races as possible on that Duke, I stick to my statement. Melandry-coming from 250 class, is much better than Hayden riding that damn Duke. I could be wrong but my presumption is that Hayden will not go anywhere near top 5 this year. Is Ducati willing to give Hayden another chance in 2010? For marketing purpose maybe ? I think Hayden will move to a sattelite team or WSBK.

See....you understand, unlike these delusional Hayden fanatics who seems to think he's the best thing ever since sliced bread. As I've said numerous times before, Hayden boy is just not an elite rider...how many times must I say it to get through your thick skulls!! It's obvious he's not a great racer, he's just an entertaining rider, nothing more nothing less. I wouldn't even call him an 'entertaining' rider if not for all you Hayden nuthuggers in here.... so be happy, as much as people see him as just an 'average' rider, you crazy Hayden fanatics seem to boost his reputation even more.... so just be happy. You crazy loonies already evelated his level beyond what he would of been able to achieve withou you fools..... happy now?? Can you all go to sleep at night now?

I Ride: 675...
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Austin @ May 7 2009, 02:52 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}><div class='quotemain'>The intent of my post was to say that Hayden offered Ducati as much or more than any other rider on the grid but he's been questionable on the 800. To sweeten the pot, Hayden happens to be very, very marketable in Ducati's biggest market and he also knows how to go fast in Ducati's bread and butter class where they happen to be looking for a long term heir to Foggy and Bayliss and I think we can all agree Haga isn't the long term solution. Hayden got the ride on his merits. His marketability and ability to ride a SBK only sealed the deal. Sorry for the confusion.

Its is as simple....Haga wins title in WSBK 2009, and Ducati move Nicky to WSBK as Haga teammate in 2010, and Haga retires at the end of 2010, and Nicky become Ducati number WSBK rider for the next 3 years.....or at least the number 1 marketing boy for Ducati wbsk effort....

I actually think Hayden will overcome his problems with the Ducati. He needs time on the machine and right now he is only able to get that during a race.

hayden is a movable danger for other riders on the track thats the reason why takahashi crashed into him at motegi, hayden simply was too slow. if not ducati, fim should throw him out from the series.

That's one of the most stupid things I've ever read.

You sound a lot like Puig after Estoril 2006 & no one takes him seriously either.

that bike has race winning potential, so hayden shouldn't have been near close to takahashi.
