Pity that in this type of sport we occasionally get them but they do pop up every now and again.

Biagi and Sete were reasonably unpopular, mainly because of the rivalry with Rossi.

Pedrosa seems well on his way to achieving this status.

But IMO the most unpopular rider with other riders, fans and especially teams must have been John Kajinski.

It might be interesting to see if others agree.

Biaggi id say more so than Sete.IMO Sete was less of a whinger and therefore not as unpopular.Right now though its Pedrosa which reminds me ive got a good candidate for most unpopular manager/mentor guess who

I agree with you about Kozinski aswell as Sete and Max, with Max probably being more hated than Sete mainly because of all the events that happened in 2001 (Elbowing incident at Suzuka, punch up at Catalunya etc). I would also say, judging by this site that Dani Pedrosa is hated by a hell of a lot of fans.

If you mean benig unpopular in the paddock itself then Max and Pedrosa would fit.

However, both are hugely popular outside by fans worldwide...

'Lil John...remember that end of season incident with Crafar? Thing is, his obsessive compulsion disorder made so many aspects of his behaviour comical, it offset the disdain that others may have felt for him (although almost everyone that was ever in his crew allegedly despised him).

A far more universally hated rider, and perhaps the most unpopular amongst his peers of all time imo was Phil Reid.

Are you on about the SBK incident where Crafar was about to take his first and only ever WSBK race win and Kosinzki completely wiped him out and broke his collerbone?

You got it. What made it even more reprehensible is the fact that he'd already won the championship, and yet still pulled such a shite move on Crafar to deprive him of a maiden win.

Yeah, I think it is probably Kocinski.

He was before my time, but I have never read or heard so many bad things about 1 racer.
