Everyone knew that 5 years ago. Not exactly front page news. The fact that his old pal Burgess said it, doesn't make it any more true. You can be sure that anyone not on the payroll at Yamaha or Dorna are saying it openly. The king has no clothes.

I hope he will stay for next year. Rossi braking with three fingers, Rossi braking with two fingers, Rossi braking with one finger, Rossi breaking with no fingers! I want to see all that.

To be fair I donít think Burgess saw that Rossi had 2015 in him, and was more or less calling him washed up in the Australian press while still his crew chief.

I am not sure 2015 was worth it for Rossi though, bitterness in regard to that year seems to outweigh his accomplishments to an extent for him.

I donít know man. After he and Rossi, for that matter, said that they could fix the Ducati in 30 secs or something, and then proceeded to fall flat on their faces, I can hardly take Burgess serious anymore.

With how it's worked out with Yamaha, Rossi could have stayed with the Ducati project and probably have had more success over the same timeframe.

I don't think Rossi would have succeeded on the Ducati if he had stayed. Just my opinion, Dovi would be smashing him. Which bike do you think is better today by the way, the Ducati or Yamaha?

Yamaha handles better - Ducati has the better engine. It's a toss-up.

Yeah I get that. It was my round about way of saying if he can't get results on the bike that suits him, then I see no reason for him being more successful on the Ducati these past seven years.
