Their skill set isn't average but their physique is, they just work harder at staying fitter than I do. I think you are ascribing to a certain "ideal" of female physique, ie: slender, willowy etc.. but there really isn't any one generic female build any more than there is for men. Potential candidates for being jockeys will be culled from small guys same as with MotoGp riders. There are plenty of women who will fit into that size/weight category. Re: stamina, look at how many marathons have been won by women. And racing cars sure as hell requires just as much stamina as bikes. More importantly IMHO - the prime determining factor in motorcycle racing, is not brawn. It's brain.
