How about TRT?

Testosterone replacement therapy.

Works wonders for aging fighters who struggle to keep up.

Is this a banned treatment in MotoGP?

As the saying goes, Rossi met his match. His idol growing up ended up beating him and even more ruthless on the track minus the off track drama.

Marc said, I loose the war on the microphone but win the battle on the track! I did notice the Marc fans grand stand was bigger in Thailand than the yellow nation. Will be interesting to see the size in Sepang, knowing they are a yellow mustard loving bunch over there.

Nori Haga got a one month ban toward the end of the 2000 World Superbike season for using ephedrine, effectively handing the championship to Edwards. It's an over-the-counter cold remedy and not a performance enhancing drug, but they said he was "over the limit" by their standards. He probably used it as an appetite suppressant. In the event, there are certainly drug tests in motorcycle racing but I've never heard it come up in MotoGp.

Quasi-fans just love a winner. And most peeps out there are just winner-lemmings.

Last year at Buriram the grandstands were equal yellow v red.

Sepang will be the same. The yellow hoards there are mostly just fans of who they are told is the star and winner - they are not die-hards...

Naturally you took a survey with interviews to confirm this. Am I right?

It is hard to see where drugs would help performance, perhaps for weight loss as you say and to aid recovery from injuries. Being strong and fit is obviously an advantage in general, but probably not to the point of taking drugs particularly since weight from extra muscle would likely be a disadvantage.

For all you youngsters who haven't had the displeasure of getting older, understand that TRT is a wonder drug if kept on a low normal level. I've been taking it for about 7yrs, with constant monitoring. They don't boost it to the level where it would dramatically boost my metabolism but it sure does take a few years off the old bones. Just my opinion of course.

Haven't been on this board for a while, it's sure turned into a Rossi bitch fest. Of course, JMO again.
